You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us and we will work to make it right.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • The product must have been used as intended

  • The item must not be intentionally damaged or misused

  • You must show proof of using the product for 7 consecutive days with the time period and timeline.
  • You must use the product for 30 days.
  • You must upload a 5 second video of you using the product so we can see how you use the product.

We recommend using the product consistently for at least 4 weeks before requesting a refund to allow time for results.

3. How to Request a Refund
